On this recording you will hear one hour of the finest Ceili Music around Ireland and a couple of tracks recorded in Britain.
As "Ceili House" — the oldest music programme on RTE Radio, travel around the country we meet with love of the music, enthusiasm, great skill in playing and of course, the lively atmosphere of the dance!

We hope you enjoy the selection of tracks and say a hearty thank all the bands, musicians, singers, dancers, organisers and supports who make it possible. Also, a thank you to the Outside Broadcast section of RTE Radio who made the recordings with skill and dedication and you get a chance to meet us at a Ceili somewhere in Ireland in the future.
